Comprehensive two-week training, both in-store and in a classroom. Plus ongoing training through conferences and webinars.

Operations:

Each franchise owner is assigned an experienced HoneyBaked Franchise Business Consultant in the field dedicated to promoting the store’s success. Our IT support includes a POS system, cash flow modeling, inventory control and labor scheduling. In addition, we provide purchasing and supplier coordination and quality assurance, food safety and inspection support.

Real Estate:

HoneyBaked works closely with franchise owners on market analysis, site selection and lease review.

Store Design & Construction:

In addition to design and architectural services, we offer equipment planning and sourcing, construction bid reviews, general contractor support and construction site visits.

Hams are fire-glazed in the stores and sold ready to serve. HoneyBaked also offers other premium meats, traditional heat-and-serve sides, and delicious desserts to complete a perfect meal. In addition to ham, our center-of-the-plate offerings include
HoneyBaked smoked and roasted turkey breast, fully cooked whole turkey, pot roast, BBQ roast and ribs. These are complemented by our mouth-watering side dishes — cinnamon apple slices, sweet potato soufflé, au gratin potatoes, Yukon mashed potatoes, broccoli rice casserole, macaroni and cheese and more. Our delicious desserts include southern pecan, pumpkin and apple caramel walnut pies, cheesecake, coffee cake and carrot cake.
